- Q. Is it necessary to have read The Body Ecology Diet before scheduling
a consultation?
- A. No. While Donna prefers to do consultations with those who are familiar
with her book "The Body Ecology Diet," she will also counsel individuals
who need to be supported or encouraged from the very start.
- Q. What information about myself do I have to provide to Donna prior to
my consultation?
- A. We will supply a questionnaire focusing on key information that Donna
needs in order to recommend the best solutions to your personal health problems.
Some people need help balancing their hormones, others may suffer from a
lack of essential fatty acids; some require more protein; others may need
to focus on cleansing. Health issues that started in early childhood are
often those that require the most attention today. Healing is a step-by-step
process involving individual priorities.

- A. No, Donna works with all ages. For the baby-boom generation, Donna
brings a hopeful message with her intimate knowledge of simple-to-follow
dietary guidance and health practices. Her clients routinely report quick
recovery from ailments common to middle age. And for the elderly, she offers
tips for restoring vitality, recovering immunity and using low-cost natural
remedies.
